Nathan Millard
Nathan is a Director and founder of Cater Leydon Millard and has over 25 years’ experience.
He has considerable experience of working with large and complex organisations in both the public and private sector and advises on a full range of employment law issues, almost exclusively for employers.
In particular, he specialises in advising on:
- outsourcing
- discrimination
- whistleblowing
- TUPE Safeguarding
- organisational change
- MHPS.
Nathan has particular expertise and experience in relation to matters involving healthcare providers, including those relating to medical practitioners.
Additionally he has an extensive education practice and is very familiar with the specific regulatory and legal issues affecting teachers and other staff. Within this practice he advises a number of the country’s leading independent schools.
