She has a particular interest in Employment Tribunal claims and appreciates that they can be very stressful and time-consuming for clients. She has experience in providing practical advice on the Tribunal process and can advise on the most effective way to handle claims.
Her advisory work involves a range of issues, including:
- reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- effectively managing sickness absence
- handling disciplinary issues
- addressing performance concerns in an efficient way.
Whilst she advises a range of clients in both the private and public sectors, she has particular expertise in advising clients within the healthcare and education sectors.
