Wendy is a Director and founder of Cater Leydon Millard and has over 27 years’ employment law experience.
She has considerable experience of working with large and complex organisations, in both the public and private sector. She advises on the full range of employment law and human resource issues including advising on:
- strategic issues associated with reorganisations and restructuring, including TUPE
- collective consultation and Trade Union activities
- redundancy programmes
- outsourcing arrangements
- drafting related contractual and employment documentation
Wendy also has extensive experience of Tribunal litigation on a wide range of employment matters. She is an active participant in training programmes and has recently been involved in delivering training relating to disability discrimination, flexible working and matters around termination.
